1. What exactly does SAKUR sell? We sell bathtub pillows -- ergonomic, quick-drying cushions that support your head, neck, and upper back during a bath. Each pillow uses a memory foam core, a soft mesh cover, and four strong suction cups to keep it firmly in place on your tub wall. We also offer a few accessories like replacement suction cups, but our focus is perfecting the one thing you rest against every soak.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. So whether you are soaking in Anchorage or San Juan, your SAKUR pillow can reach you.
3. What are the shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping for $15, with delivery in 7-14 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your pillow from our shelf to your tub.
4. What is your return policy? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return, and the pillow must be unused, in its original packaging. Please contact us first at support@sakur.shop to start a return. You cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we issue a refund to your original payment method.
5. How do I track my order? As soon as your order is dispatched (which happens within 1-3 business days of placing it), we email a tracking number to the address you provided. That tracking works with USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the final delivery route. Allow 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.
6. Will the suction cups work on my tub? Our cups are designed for smooth, non-porous surfaces like acrylic, porcelain, fiberglass, and tile. They grip best on clean, dry surfaces, so wipe your tub wall with a damp cloth first, press the pillow firmly for a few seconds, and then fill the tub. If you have a textured, stone, or matte tub, the cups may need a little extra moisture to seal, but most customers find they hold well.
7. How do I clean and dry the pillow? Rinse the pillow under cool water to remove soap residue, then squeeze gently (do not wring or twist the foam core). To dry, hang it oor lay it flat in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. The mesh cover dries in a few hours, and the foam core stays fresh because it drains quickly. Avoid putting it in the washing machine or dryer -- it will damage the suction cups and foam.
8. Can I use the pillow with bath bombs, oils, or salts? Yes, but be mindful: oily products can leave a film on the mesh cover, so rinse the pillow thoroughly after each use if you use bath oils. Bath bombs with glitter may stick to the mesh -- just rinse it off. The foam core is sealed, so it won't absorb water or oils, but keeping the cover clean helps the suction cups stick better over time.
